Matt Douglas - Founder & CEO
Matt leads the vision and strategic direction behind Legends. With a background in engineering, technology, and entrepreneurship, he founded Legends to combine modern digital craftsmanship with timeless hunting tradition — creating a new standard in premium trophy preservation.
His focus on operational excellence, product quality, and long-term innovation continues to shape the future of Legends as both a craftsmanship brand and an evolving legacy preservation platform.
Tyler Erickson - Lead Artisan, Sales, Product Development, Ideator
World champion wildlife artist best known for premium fish replicas, Tyler has won national, North American and World champion titles with his high end fish replicas, as well as best all around taxidemist at the national taxidermist convention. He has extensive knowledge in molding and casting and has brought over 200 fish replicas to the global market under his product company “world class replicas”. He also has designed the best glass fish eyes on the market. He is an innovator and has an extremely keen eye for intricate detail which now is put into each and every legend replica.
He has run a full time taxidermy studio “top notch taxidermy” since 2007, now specializes in high end fish replicas
A passionate lifelong Bowhunter with hundreds of deer taken, he understands the time and dedication it takes to harvest trophy animals and the celebration they deserve. Though fish make up most of his daily work his real outdoor passion lies in big game hunting.
