Orders & Payments

A. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

B. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

C. Payment
Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

Custom Product Nature

Because our products are custom-made and personalized:

  • All sales are generally final

  • We do not accept returns unless due to defect or error on our part

  • Minor variations in color, detail, or finish are expected and are part of the handcrafted process

This reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and individuality, not mass production.

User Submissions (Photos, Videos, Stories)

A. Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Written stories

 

B. License to Use

By submitting content, you grant Legends a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Use your content for the purpose of fulfilling your order

  • Store and process your content within our systems

 

C. Marketing Use (With Consent)

We will only use your content publicly (marketing, website, storytelling) with your explicit permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including:

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Product concepts

  • Written content

—is the property of Legends and may not be used without permission.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials

  • Reverse engineer or replicate our processes or designs

Production & Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines are provided as guidance only.

Due to the handcrafted and technical nature of our work:

  • Timelines may vary

  • Delays may occur due to production complexity, demand, or unforeseen issues

We will communicate material delays when possible.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines vary based on location and carrier

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

As our platform evolves, Legends may offer:
