Do I need the mobile app to order?

No.

While our mobile experience is coming soon, you can currently order through:

  • Local drop-point partners

  • Direct coordination with our team

We are expanding availability rapidly.

What if I don’t live near a drop point?

We are actively expanding nationwide.

If you are not near a current location, you can:

  • Join our early access list

  • Be notified when service becomes available in your area

Worldwide access is coming.

How long does it take to receive my replica?

Turnaround time varies based on demand and production volume.

Because each piece is individually crafted and finished, we prioritize:

Your replica will faithfully represent the structure and defining features of your mount.

Are Legends replica mounts durable?

Yes. A properly produced replica mount is designed to be durable and long-lasting. Unlike natural bone, replica materials are not susceptible to the same long-term deterioration from environmental exposure. When crafted with quality materials and proper finishing, a replica can maintain its appearance for many years while preserving the visual character of the original trophy.

Warranty, Returns & Care

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a return and full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes.

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

If your piece is ever damaged after delivery, you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it.
You are only responsible for shipping costs.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

However, we fully stand behind our craftsmanship and quality.
